********** Personalized hanger orders please note********

I can fit 17-18 characters on the hangers, capital letters count as 2, space 1, lower case letter 1.  If I get a order with more characters than I can do and unable to contact customer, I will do it within the character limit. Some want full names which can be 24-28 characters:

Example:  Dr. Richard A. Williams  - I could do it as

                 Dr. R. Williams

All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail 1-3 days with a tracking number and insurance.  When order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

Expected shipping date for single hangers will be approximately 1- 2 weeks depending on type of hanger you order and will be shipped USPS Priority mail 1-3 days with a tracking number.  Bridal sets will be 2-3 weeks. 

Confirmation of your order will be send along with the shipping date to your email - please also check your spam folder as well.

All hangers are individually bubble wrapped for a safe arrival.

If items doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me within 3 days of receiving. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Custom orders are non - refundable. Please double check your spelling of any names, as, I am not responsible for mis-spelling of names when you place your order.  A confirmation email to verify order and spelling of names will be send to email - please check spam folder as well.  

If item arrives damaged during shipment contact me within 3 days of delivery. You will need to send me photos of the box and contents and retain the box, contents, and packing materials until I file the claim and it has been settled. I will work with you to get a replacement item shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
